Each Cable Splicing Block will make one wire connection

Unscrew both top screws

Insert the first wire into the left side

Screw down the left screw

Gently pull on the inserted wire to make sure it is snug

Insert the second wire into the right side

Screw down the right screw

Gently pull on the inserted wire to make sure it is snug

The wire connection is now complete
